All contents including texts, still imageries, motion pictures, audio clips, and data compilations that are taken, re-touched, saved, sized and titled by photographers and videographers of DOT. are subjects to Japan and international copyright laws.
DOT.所属のフォトグラファーまたはビデオグラファーによって記録、撮影、 リタッチ、解像度変換、サイズ、タイトル付けされ、デジタルまたはその他の方法で保存された全ての静止画像、動画、音声、テキストは日本国内及び 国際的に適用される著作権法の対象となります。
LICENSE / 使用許可
DOT. grants a limited license to access and make personal or corporate use of still imageries and/or motion pictures or modify them, or any portion of them, except with exclusively written consent of DOT. after an agreement on guaranteed fee or commission on assignments and/or projects. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the contents initially provided by DOT. after formal financial agreement; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of photographic and videographic contents; any copying of photographic and videographic contents for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The visual contents or any portion of them provided by DOT. after a financial agreement may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without exclusively written consent of DOT. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) DOT. without exclusively written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing DOT. name or trademarks without excliusively written consent of DOT. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by DOT. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page DOT. so long as the link does not portray DOT., its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any DOT. logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without exclusively written permission.
DOT.は静止画像または動画の撮影、またはそれに付随するテキスト制作の依 頼、注文、それらの内容の掲載または放送に関わる金銭的な合意が成立した後に、個人または法人においてそれらの静止画像、動画、テキストの全てま たは一部を修正または変更する許可を有限的に与えます。
この許可には以下が含まれません。
1. DOT.との間で一次的に交わされた金銭的な合意の後に第三者への二次的な 静止画像、動画、音声、テキストの全てまたは一部の販売に於いて生じる金 銭的請求権の放棄。
2. DOT.が制作した静止画像、動画、音声、テキストのリスト、詳細の説明、 価格の第三者への提供。
3. DOT.が制作した静止画像、動画、音声、テキストから引用したと思われる 派生的なコンテンツの作成。
4. DOT.が制作した静止画像、動画、音声、テキストを用いたDOT.が承認しな い商用利用。
5. DOT.が制作した静止画像、動画、音声、テキストからの個人情報に関わる 電子的データの採掘。
6. DOT.が制作した静止画像、動画、音声、テキストの一次的な金銭的合意の 後の複製、コピー、転売、またはその他のあらゆる商業利益行為。
7. 商標である「DOT.」の画像、テキスト、レイアウト、フォーム内での使用。
8. 商標である「DOT.」の、メタデータ内の情報の使用。
上記を侵したことが発覚した時点で使用許可は取り消されます。 またDOT.とその制作物の掲載/放送媒体に対し虚偽または誤解を招く表現でその評価を傷つける意図でないと判断する場合のみ、有限、非独占、取り消し可能なサイト内同士のハイパーリンクを許可します。その際にもDOT.の独占的な許可が無い限りロゴやその他の商標の使用を禁じます。
